Isna A. Jean-Louis

Chief Operating Officer

Isna is one of the founding partners of IMSP Group, bringing with her over 24 years of experience in the finance industry. Since 2005, she has been a trusted advisor, business coach and registered agent, who leverages her expertise to help entrepreneurs and personal clients bring their projects and ideas to fruition. With extensive experience in mortgage and lending, she supports and empowers her clients on their journey to success. Supported by a team of social media managers and content creators, Isna leads our branding and marketing teams in providing businesses with guidance and expertise to help them grow their brands effectively.

Paola M. Urteaga

Chief Financial Officer

Paola is a founding partner of IMSP Group, specializing in internal quality control, policy and procedure development, process flow creation, as well as offering human resources support and training. With extensive experience in exploratory and forensic reviews, Paola is a seasoned finance and banking professional with over 30 years in the industry. She has over 15 years of experience in building and structuring departments, as well as developing employees in leadership, personal/business growth, and performance management. With a strong lending background, she adeptly helps personal coaching clients prepare for homeownership.
